PL320 3-meter ultrasonic water level sensor 4-20mA integrates
ultrasonic sensor, temperature sensor, ultrasonic servo circuit,
and transmission circuit into one, using SMD components and ASIC
jointly developed with American partners.
All these functions realize a simple and intelligent liquid level
transmitter. All gold-plated circuit boards, internal
electromagnetic shielding and software digital filters have
undergone (industrial) 48-hour high and low temperature aging
tests. It promises higher and long-term reliability. The enclosure
is made of solid synthetic material with good NLEPF acoustic
properties. The fuselage is exquisite and beautiful in shape,
waterproof and dustproof, and can adapt to most working conditions
on site. Installation and maintenance are very fast and convenient.

Notes for selection range of ultrasonic level sensor:
For example, in a tank for measuring hydrochloric acid level, due
to the strong volatility of the medium, the air in the tank may
suspend a large number of fine liquid particles, which will scatter
part of the sound waves of the ultrasonic level gauge. For this
phenomenon, when the liquid drops to a lower level, the ultrasonic
liquid level gauge may not receive echoes. Therefore, it is
recommended that the user increase the measurement distance by
30-50% when selecting the range. For example, for a 6-meter-high
tank, it is best to use a 10-meter Uson-11 ultrasonic liquid level
gauge for measurement.
