Description PL301 Submersible level transmitter
For corrosive media applications such as seawater or leachate,
especially in landfills, we offer advanced dual phase stainless
steel submersible level transmitters with extremely high corrosion
resistance.
Submersible level sensor with 304 stainless steel housing and
waterproof cable, can be directly into the water/oil/tank or
reservoir for level measurement. Measuring range :0 to 1m, 0 to 3m,
0 to 5m, 0 to 10m, 0 to 500m. The accuracy of the liquid level
sensor is 0.5%FS or 0.3%FS. Output signal 4-20mA/0-5V/RS485, power
supply 24V/12V. Cable type and connection type are also
customizable.
Submersible level sensor is essentially a pressure sensor used to
measure liquid level. According to the principle that the static
pressure of the liquid under test is proportional to the height of
the liquid, the static pressure is converted into electrical signal
by the isolated diffusion silicon sensor or ceramic capacitive
pressure sensor. The signal after temperature compensation and the
linear correction is converted into a standard signal. Submersible
level sensor is generally used in petrochemical, metallurgy,
electric power, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage,
environmental protection and other media liquid level measurement.
The submersible level sensor essentially is a pressure transducer
that measures the liquid level. Based on the principle that the
static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the
height of the liquid, it uses an isolated diffused silicon
sensitive element or a ceramic capacitive pressure sensitive sensor
to convert the static pressure into the electrical signal. The
electrical signal is converted into a standard electrical signal
after temperature compensation and linear correction. Submersible
level sensor is generally suitable for liquid level measurement of
various media in petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power,
pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage and environmental
protection.
The submersible hydrostatic level transmitter PL301 has been
designed for continuous liquid level monitoring in water wells,
reservoirs, tanks, boreholes, rivers and other liquids.
The submersible unit measures the static pressure of the liquid
column above the transmitter and transmits a current signal
proportional to the water column to the instrumentation above.
The highly stable 316L stainless steel diaphragm sensor is fully
compatible with raw or chlorinated water and most semi-corrosive
liquids.
A special ventilation cable is provided to compensate for changes
in atmospheric pressure, which can accurately transfer the measured
liquid level. The cable length associated with the application can
be determined to the desired range at the time of purchase or can
be adjusted by the customer at the application site.
The PL301 static water level transmitter is designed for continuous
monitoring of water levels in Wells, reservoirs, water tanks,
boreholes and rivers.
